Isabel Rower (b. 1998, New York) lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.

Her work explores how forms intended for functional use become sculpture—deconstructing the familiar to evade common associations, reconstruing it as a perverse, hybrid, futuristic presence.

Her project of soft goods developed for Kanye West was recently featured in Architectural Digest︎︎︎. She recently participated in the Essential Goods Show at Fisher Parrish Gallery︎︎︎as well as the Supergroup exhibition organized by Superhouse︎︎︎.

She holds a BFA in Furniture Design from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).

Isabel believes deeply in wealth redistribution, mutual aid, and collective action. 20% of all profit is directly donated to For the Gworls, a Black, trans-led collective that helps Black transgender people pay for their rent, and gender-affirming surgeries.
